TIG arc welding machines

Argon arc machines are welding equipment designed for welding stainless alloys and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, etc.). Most often, these devices are used to operate in the TIG mode - argon arc welding. However, they can also be used for manual arc welding (MMA) or semi-automatic welding. In the latter case, an external wire feeder is required.

When operating in argon arc welding mode, a torch with a non-consumable tungsten electrode is used. A high-voltage electric arc appears between the part to be welded and the electrode. The torch at this time supplies gas to the welding zone, which protects the metal from oxidation.
