For welding of structures made of carbon and low-alloy steels electrodes of the “UONI” type are used.  

Categories are their ability to form a crack-resistant weld, moisture and temperature resistance, resistance to long calcination. 

UONI electrodes are suitable for welding at low temperatures, provide a tight weld and are considered 

Used in both industrial and domestic construction, shipbuilding, bridge construction, and for work such as : 

  • welding of reinforcing frames of reinforced concrete products; 
  • repair works of pipelines; 
  • sealing of gusts of tanks; 
  • elimination of cracks without through defect of metal; { {1}} installation work of responsible load-bearing structures 
  • surfacing of a layer of metal. 

Welding can be carried out in all spatial positions, except vertical from top to bottom. The electrodes are sensitive to the formation of pores in the presence of rust and oil on the edges of welded parts, as well as increasing the length of the arc.
