Welding torch PRO MAX501W-50ER, 5m

The Parweld PRO-501W torch belongs to the class of industrial torches for semi-automatic (MIG/MAG) welding with liquid cooling, manufactured and developed by Parweld. This is a powerful torch (up to 520A in CO2), which is included in the PRO series due to the design of its handle. The handle design provides for its assembly and disassembly without screws, which greatly facilitates maintenance and repair of the torch during operation. The handle itself meets all ergonomic requirements, it lies comfortably in the hand, and ribbed rubber inserts additionally protect against slipping during operation. The hose package enters the handle through a ball joint, the improved high-mobility mechanism of which allows you to more comfortably manipulate the torch during operation. Immediately above the torch control button is a hook with which you can conveniently hang the torch during storage.

The base of the hose package is characterized by increased flexibility, the outer layer of special durable rubber, resistant to abrasion and high temperatures, ensures tightness. Additionally, the beginning and end of the hose package are protected from excessive bending during operation: at the beginning, at the entrance to the handle, a flexible plastic spring is installed, and at the entrance to the KZ-2 connection adapter - a metal one.

But the handle is not the only advantage of the PRO-501W. The special design and connection to the external cooling unit allow the torch to work with 100% PV. The torch is connected to the welding source via a KZ-2 connector, the spring-loaded contacts of which exclude leakage of shielding gas during operation.

All components of the torch undergo thorough testing before assembly, and directly during assembly, each torch is additionally checked on computerized equipment during each assembly stage. Each Parweld torch complies with IEC 60974-7 directives.

The Parweld PRO-501W power is sufficient for working with welding sources whose operating current does not exceed 520 A. Accessories for the torch are easy to choose, as they are similar in design to the accessories for the Abicor Binzel MB-501D torches. The torch is available in several hose package lengths: 3 and 5 m.
