When working in manufacturing, it is important not to forget about head protection. Regardless of the specific work area, negative factors that may affect the worker should always be considered. Even during simple assembly and installation tasks, hair should be covered with a cap or headscarf to prevent debris, including metal shavings, from entering.

During welding, the cap/headscarf also serves as protection against sparks and splashes of molten metal in the parts of the head not covered by the welding mask.

The protective cap Weldas 23-8000 is made from special flame-resistant Fire Fox® fabric (fabric density 305 g/m2). The fabric base is cotton yarn. The fabric retains its flame-resistant properties even after 5 heavy wettings with liquid.

The headscarf complies with the technical regulations of Ukraine on personal protective equipment (PPE), has a hygiene certificate from the SES of Ukraine, and also possesses the European certificate CE EN ISO 11611:2007.
