Rod PANCh-11 (5 kg) 2.0

PANCh-11 Wire is heat-resistant, high-strength, with a high degree of oxidation resistance. It is well suitable for post-processing of the welded joint. Used for welding copper alloys. Also, as an acceptable option, PANCh-11 can be used for welding cast iron. However, in its properties, it is slightly inferior to ERNi-1 wire.

Used for the repair of cast iron products of any complexity, post-casting restoration of cast iron products, correction of casting defects. Ideally suited for repairing engine block housings of internal combustion engines, transfer cases, gearbox housings, and transmission cases.

Used in the energy sector for welding cracks in cast iron products: oil channels, cooling jackets, etc.

PANCh-11 Rod 2.0 mm 5 kg is a nickel-based PANCh-11 wire cut into rods 1 meter long. Used with shielding gas during MIG/MAG welding.
