RETURN FOR 14 days

If you do not need the product, you can return it within 14 days. Regardless of the method of purchase, you can choose one of the following methods of return:

  • Return delivery
  • Return to the brand store

Tool requirements:

  • Factory seals and a complete set are saved
  • The absence of film from the tool is allowed
  • The tool is new, without traces of use
  • The box has a selling look
  • The serial number on the package and the tool match
  • Available settlement document (check)

Note:

Return of promotional items is complete, with all equipment and consumables (if present in the set)

The goods together with the check must be packed in a box.

Refund

On credit cardу

If you have paid by card, we will refund you. Return period - up to 5 banking days. If you paid for the goods in cash, we will call you after receiving the goods to find out the card number to which you want to return the money. It can be any Visa / MasterCard. Return period - up to 5 banking days.

To the current account (for legal entities)

If the payment was made non-cash, the refund requires:

  • Make an application for a refund
  • Send a scanned copy (photo) to the post office o.kolesnik@paton.ua
  • Send the goods to the address above

The funds will be returned to the company's current account within 5 banking days.

  • Passport or driver's license
  • Bank card (only in case of card payment)

If the product was purchased in a branded store for cash, the refund is made immediately without making an application. If there is not enough money at the box office, we will refund the card, or you can pick it up at the store during the day.

On credit card

In the case of purchasing goods on the site, we will refund the card from which the purchase was paid. Return period - up to 5 banking days.

If the payment was made non-cash, a refund is required:
