PATON announces the start of sales of the new PATON SynerMIG-500-15-4-400V WK welding package. This complete solution for professional and industrial applications combines a powerful digital welding machine, a standalone cooling system and a mobile trolley.

Synergic Welding Control

The key feature of the PATON SynerMIG-500-15-4-400V W is its synergic MIG/MAG control. The system calculates the optimum welding voltage and wire feed speed in real time, taking into account the material and thickness of the workpiece, the welding wire and the shielding gas.

During welding, the operator can adjust the voltage, amperage or wire feed speed. The remaining parameters are automatically recalculated to maintain a stable and controlled welding process.

Synergic control is also available for pulse MIG/MAG welding. The machine automatically selects the optimum settings according to the wire type and diameter, helping to provide a stable arc, reduced spatter and consistently high weld quality.

Convenient Digital Operation

The PATON SynerMIG features a large 5-inch color display. Welding parameters, settings and process diagrams are clearly shown on the screen.

An intuitive interface available in three languages simplifies machine setup and allows the operator to monitor the welding process more effectively.

Power for Intensive Welding

The machine provides a rated welding current of 500 A with a 70% duty cycle at the rated current. It operates from a three-phase 400 V power supply and supports three main welding processes:

• MIG/MAG;
• MMA;
• TIG.

The machine can weld with solid wire from 0.6 to 1.6 mm in diameter and stick electrodes from 1.6 to 8.0 mm. The PULSE function is available in MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG modes.

Reliable Wire Feeding and Greater Mobility

The separate wire feed unit is equipped with a durable metal 4-roll feeding mechanism powered by a sealed motor. Its spring-braked spool holder supports wire spools weighing up to 18 kg.

Thanks to the two-unit design, the wire feeder can be positioned up to 20 meters away from the welding power source. This provides greater mobility and makes it easier to work on large structures and across extensive production areas.

The Cooler-7-400V provides reliable cooling of welding torches during prolonged high-current operation. The PATON 360 trolley allows the complete system to be arranged conveniently and moved around the working area.

A communication cable set of the required length and a suitable welding torch must be selected separately for full operation.
