Government Support for Ukrainian Manufacturers

On 1 July 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine expanded the list of machinery and equipment eligible for partial compensation under the Made in Ukraine state policy. Ukrainian-made welding equipment was added as a new eligible category.

The programme helps businesses reduce the cost of upgrading their production equipment, while also supporting the development of Ukrainian mechanical engineering and increasing demand for domestically manufactured products.

The inclusion of PATON products in the Made in Ukraine programme creates additional opportunities for industrial enterprises, construction companies, municipal institutions and other organisations planning to modernise their operations and purchase modern welding equipment.

How to Receive the Compensation

1. Purchase eligible equipment from the approved list through an authorised bank. Currently, 29 Ukrainian banks participate in the programme.
2. Submit an application to the bank together with a copy of the payment document and the acceptance certificate.
3. Once the application is approved, receive compensation of 15% of the equipment cost, excluding VAT, directly into your account.
