The main working part of such a torch is a special bundle of fibers in the form of a brush, which is immersed in an electrolyte solution and subsequently passed along the seam to clean it. Over time, the fibers can be damaged, both due to wear and after critical overheating (do not forget the maximum allowable current for the torch for electrolytic cleaning up to 40A).

The cleaning nozzle for the JS-QX40-5 torch is a way out of such a difficult situation when the hose package is still intact, and the nozzle itself has failed. It is compatible with the torch and is suitable for replacement.
