Optrel Crystal 2.0 Silver welding mask

One of the options for premium segment welder masks is the Optrel Crystal2.0 mask (Switzerland). This is a chameleon mask with an automatic darkening light filter. This mask has optimal parameters for daily use, such as a comfortable headband and a small (only 460 grams) weight. However, the main advantage of the Crystal2.0 masks is the technology itself, which provides a convenient clear view of the work surface, both during welding and during cleaning and grinding. In the inactive state, the degree of eye protection is 2 DIN, light transmission is 31%. Natural color reproduction using True Color technology is also implemented.

• ShadeTronic® - you do not need to independently adjust the sensitivity of the mask and the degree of its darkening. The intelligent system fully automatically monitors the level of light load thanks to the design of 3 sensitive sensors and sets the required level of protection. If desired, the automation can be turned off and the mask's darkening and sensitivity can be manually controlled. A solar battery and two batteries (CR2032) are installed to power this system.
• FadeTronic® – no flickering due to residual illumination. Patented technology that slowly illuminates the light filter after welding is complete. Minimum eye strain, even when working with high amperage currents.
• Adjustable sensor response angle (60° / 80°), no accidental activations to extraneous light pulses. Control of the light filter sensitivity, darkening level and cutting/grinding mode is located outside the helmet. The opening delay setting is located on the light filter cartridge. Inside is a comfortable headband. It is also worth noting that the Optrel Crystal2.0 is designed to work in extreme conditions (operating temperature range from -10°C to + 70°C).
