Tecmen TM32-V 110L PAPR R1 welding mask with an automatic darkening light filter and PAPR system is a comprehensive welder protection system that provides maximum protection, comfort and reliability. The set consists of a Tecmen TM32-V 110L welding mask and a PAPR R1 air supply system, which provides a constant supply of clean air under the mask, protecting the welder from harmful particles, dust and fumes.

The TM32-V 110L mask is a chameleon mask with a folding visor, on which there is a light filter with automatic darkening. The helmet is made of lightweight impact-resistant material. For complete isolation of the respiratory system from welding products in the air, a respirator cover is attached to the mask.

Two sensors that detect an arc are responsible for starting the light filter. The settings of the light filter, such as: darkening level, photosensitivity, are located on the cartridge inside the mask. At the same time, getting to the settings is not difficult. The folding visor with the light filter is raised and fixed at a convenient distance for making settings. To switch the light filter to grinding mode, you do not need to switch anything - this is also solved by simply raising the visor. Among the significant advantages of the light filter: "DARK" and "MIX" modes. Combined power supply: solar cell plus two replaceable CR2450 lithium batteries.

The PAPR R1 system is an air purification system consisting of filters and a battery. They are located in a turbo unit (filter ventilation unit), which is attached to the welder’s belt with a belt and is additionally supported by straps over the shoulders, distributing the weight. The filter system includes an anti-aerosol (HEPA) filter, a carbon filter, and a coarse mesh filter. The air hose, through which the purified air is supplied, connects the turbo unit and the mask. It consists of two parts: one is attached to the mask and is short, the second is to the turbo unit. Together they are combined and form one air duct.
