Welding set PATON™ ProMIG-630-15-4-400V WK

The PATON ProMIG-630-15-4 WK welding set is a complete solution for working with the PATON ProMIG-500-15-4 W semiautomatic device. 

Digital semiautomatic inverter PATON ProMIG-630-15-4 WK - is a device for professional use, designed for semi-automatic welding (MIG/MAG), manual arc welding (MMA), and TIG DC, in shielding gases and mixtures thereof.  In ProMIG-630-15-4 W machine has an all-digital way to manage, thereby ensuring its versatility and opportunities to fine-tune the welding conditions. Expectancy increased load on the rated current to 630A, allows any electrode diameter from 1.6 mm to 8 mm, and conducts semi-solid welding wire with a diameter of 0.6 to 2 mm. Thanks to the two-case design, the wire supply unit can be separated from the current source by means of communication cables of different lengths (1, 5, and 10 m) at a considerable distance from the current source and more convenient to work on complex or bulky metal structures, as well as MMA and TIG.

The machine features synergic control in pulse mode, which automatically selects optimal welding parameters and ensures a stable arc and high weld quality.

PATON ProMIG-630-15-4 WK equipped quality metallic 4-wire feed roller mechanism with a strong hermetic motor and the universal connector KZ-2 type "EURO" allows connecting welding torch from a wide range of manufacturers. Also equipped with 4 connectors for a liquid cooling hose and a cable with power contacts. A powerful holder allows the welding wire coils to weigh up to 15 kg.  It is also equipped with two connectors for connecting a liquid cooling hose and a cable with power contacts. Model ProMIG-630-15-4 W in conjunction with high power and capacity, has a low weight and dimensions. Thanks to the LCD screen machine is easy and convenient to set up a solution to any problem. The device comes with high-quality accessories from the company ABICOR BINZEL, which allow you to immediately start work in MIG / MAG and MMA modes.

PATON Cooler-7-400V is designed to provide excellent cooling accessories (welding torches, plasma torches), when operating with the welding apparatus and installations plasma cutting. The autonomous cooling unit has a liquid flow sensor, which protects the burner from combustion in the event of cessation of fluid circulation. Cooler-7-400V model provides a reliable cooling of the burner works at high currents (> 300A for semiautomatic and> 140A for TIG welding) and is an integral part of the welding equipment operating in these conditions. Cooler-7-400V accommodates up to 7 liters of coolant and provides its circulation in a closed system with a high capacity (liquid supply to a height of 10 meters) and productivity (up to 6.5 l / min).
