PATON™ MultiPRO-200-15-4

The PATON MultiPRO-200-15-4 inverter is a multifunctional welding unit with a digital control system. It is designed for Manual Metal Arc (MMA) welding, Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, and Metal Inert/Active Gas (MIG/MAG) semi-automatic welding in shielding gases and gas mixtures. The dual-body design of the MultiPRO-200-15-4 allows the power source to be detached from the wire feeder, significantly improving mobility and convenience when working in MMA and TIG modes. With a nominal current of 200 A, the unit is suitable for welding with all types of electrodes ranging from 1.6 mm to 5 mm (low-melting) and for semi-automatic welding with solid wire from 0.6 mm to 1.0 mm in diameter.

The machine is equipped with a non-contact arc ignition unit (oscillator) for TIG mode and a durable 4-roller metal wire feeding mechanism with a sealed motor.
The KZ-2 “EURO” connector provides compatibility with torches from a wide range of manufacturers.

An additional advantage is the presence of the CLEAN mode, which provides cleaning of stainless steel welded parts and their weld seams from oxides and heat tint, as well as polishing the surface to restore its aesthetic appearance and corrosion resistance. To operate in CLEAN mode, it is necessary to additionally purchase a special electrolytic solution for the passivation of high-alloy steels and a PATON BRUSH. Without these accessories, cleaning and polishing stainless steel using this function is not possible.
