Wire PANCH-11 (0.5 kg) 1.0

Heat-resistant, high-strength, with a high degree of oxidation resistance. Well suited for post-weld processing. Used for welding copper alloys. Also, as an acceptable option, PANCH-11 can be used for welding cast iron. However, in its properties, it is slightly inferior to ERNi-1 wire.

• Repair of cast iron products of any complexity.
• Post-weld restoration of cast iron products.
• Correction of casting defects.
• Repair of internal combustion engine block housings, transfer cases, gearbox housings, transmission housings.

Used in energy sector for welding cracks in cast iron products: oil channels, cooling jackets, etc.

Used with protective gas in MIG/MAG welding.
