Gas exhaust nozzle xFUME PRO 24

This is an extraction nozzle / suction nozzle / shroud for the xFUME PRO 24 welding torch.

It is one of the main consumable parts of the front group for this torch.

Purpose — to extract welding fumes / aerosols directly in the welding zone through the torch's smoke extraction system, providing cleaner air and protection for the operator.

Effective smoke / aerosol removal — the nozzle helps to capture more than 90–99% of harmful particles generated during welding directly near the arc.

Minimal impact on the gas coverage of the arc — the design of the front end of the torch (in particular the exhaust nozzle) is optimized so that the hood does not take away too much shielding gas.

Improved ergonomics - combined with the lightweight design of the xFUME PRO 24, the nozzle‑exhaust does not add significant weight and provides a comfortable position for the operator.

Compatibility with a filtration / exhaust system - when used with a suitable exhaust unit (e.g. from Abicor Binzel), ensures clean air in the work area and compliance with occupational safety requirements.

Ease of maintenance - as a replaceable part, the 600.0148.1 is easy to replace when worn or damaged, which is convenient in production conditions.
