xFUME® ADVANCED smoke extraction system

In combination with ABICOR BINZEL torches of the RAB GRIP and RAB GRIP HE series, it is a versatile and compact welding fume extraction system that is ideal for mobile use with two adjacent manual MIG welding stations. The xFUME ADVANCED system extracts welding fume directly in the welding area, ensuring maximum safety for the welder and the company's personnel. Welding torches with welding fume extraction from other manufacturers are also compatible with the xFUME ADVANCED system.

The xFUME ADVANCED system is equipped with two 0.8 kW motors, which provide high fume extraction power with a vacuum of over 16,000 Pa. The connected welding torches with welding fume extraction can be controlled independently of each other. The integrated automatic start-stop system reduces operating costs and carbon brush wear.

The cleaning of collected particles from welding aerosols is 100% automated, thanks to a constant pulse of compressed air, which ensures that all collected fine particles are blown out and collected in the particle collection container. This container is easy to empty, except during maintenance downtimes.

Use the xFUME ADVANCED unit for two welding torches with welding aerosol extraction function when it is important to effectively remove welding fumes.
