Dimoving installation FEC 230 V

Type: FEC (Fume Extraction Cyclone) — welding fume extraction system using cyclone technology.

Purpose: to protect the welder and the environment — removes harmful welding fumes directly at the point of creation together with a torch-extraction (e.g. RAB GRIP HE).

Cyclone separation technology: particles are pre-separated (first stage) before entering the filter, which reduces the load on the filter and reduces the frequency of its cleaning.

Filter cleaning: has an integrated cleaning mechanism — a proprietary concept that allows the “permanent” filter (reusable) to be cleaned easily and quickly.

Collected dust discharge: contamination (contaminated dust) is collected in a sealed system with a bag — no dust when it is removed.

Mobility: weight about 25 kg, mounted on wheels (air wheels) — easy to move between workplaces.

Housing: Robust, thick-walled plastic housing for good sound insulation.

Automatic start/stop: Built-in automatic start and stop function (e.g. via shunt) reduces energy consumption and wear.

Power supply: 230 V (115 V version also available)
