Synergic Control in Pulse Mode in PATON machines

PATON continues to improve its welding equipment and expand the functionality of its machines. Welding machines of the ProMIG, StandardMIG, PowerMIG, MultiPRO, StandardTIG, and PRO series feature synergic control in pulsed MIG/MAG mode, which significantly simplifies machine setup.

The user only needs to set the basic parameters — voltage adjustment, material type, and wire diameter — after which the system automatically selects the optimal welding modes. This ensures a stable arc, minimal spatter, and uniform weld formation.

The pulsed mode combined with synergic control is especially effective when welding thin metals, stainless steel, and non-ferrous alloys, where precise heat input control and high weld quality are essential.
