The PATON ProMIG-500-15-4 WK welding set is a complete solution for working with the PATON ProMIG-500-15-4 W semiautomatic device. 

Inverter digital semi-automatic PATON ProMIG-500-15-4 WK is a device for professional use, designed for semi-automatic welding (MIG/MAG), manual arc welding (MMA), and TIG DC, in shielding gases and mixtures thereof.  The device ProMIG-500-15-4 W implemented a fully digital method of control, due to which its multifunctionality and wide possibilities in precise adjustment of welding modes are ensured. Increased load duration on the nominal current up to 500А, allows working with any electrodes with a diameter from 1.6 mm to refractory 6 mm, as well as semi-automatic welding with a solid wire with a diameter from 0.6 to 1.6 mm. Thanks to the two-case design, the wire supply unit can be separated from the current source by means of communication cables of different lengths (1, 5, 10 m) at a considerable distance from the current source and more convenient to work on complex or bulky metal structures, as well as MMA and TIG.

PATON ProMIG-500-15-4 WK is equipped with a high-quality metal 4-roller wire feeding mechanism with a powerful sealed engine, and a universal connector of KZ-2 type "EURO" allows you to connect welding burners from a wide range of manufacturers.  Also equipped with 4 connectors for a liquid cooling hose and a cable with power contacts. Powerful bracket for welding wire allows you to install coils weighing up to 15 kg. The ProMIG-500-15-4 W model, combined with high power and performance, has a small weight and overall dimensions. And thanks to LCD screens, the device is easy and convenient to configure to solve any problem. 

PATON Cooler-7 is designed to provide excellent cooling accessories (welding torches, plasma torches), when operating with the welding apparatus and installations plasma cutting. The autonomous cooling unit has a liquid flow sensor, which protects the burner from combustion in the event of cessation of fluid circulation. Cooler-7 model provides a reliable cooling of the burner works at high currents (> 300A for semiautomatic and> 140A for TIG welding) and is an integral part of the welding equipment operating in these conditions. Cooler-7 accommodates up to 7 liters of coolant and provides its circulation in a closed system with a high capacity (liquid supply to a height of 10 meters) and productivity (up to 6.5 l / min).
