xFUME POWER 450M device

This device is a combined system "welding source + fume extractor", that is, a device for MIG/MAG welding, in which an exhaust unit is built in. This is convenient, because you do not need to separately purchase or install a fume extractor/ventilation - all in one housing.

Main technical parameters:

System type: combined device - welding unit + fume extractor (fume extraction) in one housing.

Cooling: liquid (liquid-cooled) - suitable for more intensive/long welding.

Maximum welding current: up to ~ 450 A for MIG/MAG.

Modes: supports Synergic, Pulse and Double-Pulse - this allows you to flexibly adjust welding parameters to the material, thickness, type of seam.

Wire feed: 4-roller mechanism, stable and accurate wire feed, the ability to use wire of different diameters - depending on the tasks.

Ease of use: large 7″ display, intuitive menu, large controls, glove-friendly operation, wire feed mechanism illumination – simplifies setup and wire replacement even in poor lighting.

Extraction system: connected to an extraction gun/torch (e.g. xFUME series), which ensures the suction of welding aerosols directly at the welding point (so-called “extraction at source”).

Smoke filtration: air purification – fine particles of welding smoke (metal aerosols, slag, dust) pass through the filter; the purified air can be safely returned to the room, which makes the system suitable even for working with steels, including stainless and alloyed, where extraction is important.

Space saving and convenience: since the welding unit and the hood are combined, there is no need for a separate smoke extraction system. This reduces the space occupied, reduces equipment costs and simplifies the organization of the workplace.
