Engines for diesel generators, as well as for gasoline ones, are produced under license from DIMAX Int. GmbH and marked with their own stamp bearing the logo. In all models, the engine power reserve relative to the alternator allows outputting the declared voltage and maintaining its stability across the full voltage range. All engines undergo testing through prolonged continuous operation, then are disassembled and inspected for faults. Each engine and generator has a unique serial number which allows controlling production quality and service maintenance. Engines meet all European quality standards, including the modern EURO 5 environmental standard. - vts system:
The unique VTS phase switching system allows using one generator in both single-phase (230 V) and three-phase (400 V) modes with almost no power loss. - ats connection capability:
The generator can connect to an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) system, equipped with a 6-pin connector that enables automatic start and stop, and maintains battery charging in standby mode. - INCREASED ENGINE SERVICE LIFE:
Könner & Söhnen® diesel generators from the “HEAVY DUTY” series have an increased engine service life, allowing longer operation without breaks. Engine life reaches up to 3000 running hours, confirmed by multi-hour multi-level tests and warranty. However, such high performance depends on proper operation and regular scheduled maintenance. - ergonomic control panel:
The ergonomic control panel allows easy operation thanks to conveniently arranged control elements and connections: a modern LED display (voltage, frequency, hour meter), overload and short circuit protection circuit breaker, low oil level indicator, sockets, grounding bolt, terminals, and more. - EXTENDED WARRANTY:
The “HEAVY DUTY” series diesel generators have an extended warranty of 2 years or 2000 running hours, whichever comes first. The extended warranty applies under proper operation and scheduled maintenance at an authorized service center after 1 year from purchase date (or after 1500 running hours). - PREHEATER:
“HEAVY DUTY” series diesel generators are equipped with a pre-start heater function that allows starting the generator during cold winter conditions with ease. - vandal-proof sound-absorbing enclosure:
