Intelligent Car Battery Charger AW05-1204 TM «AUTO WELLE», designed for charging lead-acid, gel, and AGM batteries with capacities from 1.2 Ah to 120 Ah, which are used in passenger cars, small commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and other transport vehicles and machinery.

The charging cycle consists of 5 stages:

• Battery diagnostics and analysis.
• Initial charging: recovery of a deeply discharged battery, the voltage gradually increases.
• Main charging: constant current charging, voltage gradually increases; at this stage the battery reaches 75-80% charge.
• Final charging: constant voltage charging, current gradually decreases; in this mode the battery reaches 100% charge.
• Charge maintenance mode: the battery is maintained at 100% charge and ready for use.

• LCD display with backlight: The LCD display with backlight provides comfortable use of the charger at any time of day. Next to the charger screen is a Mode button to change modes.
• Slow charging mode: If no charging mode is selected manually, the device will automatically switch on: for 12V batteries – slow charging mode, for 6V batteries – standard charging mode. Charging is performed at a reduced current of 0.8A.
• Standard charging mode: Standard charging mode for 12V batteries. Charging is done at 3.8A current.
• Winter charging mode: Used for 12V batteries when the ambient temperature where the battery is located is below 5°C. Charging is performed at 3.8A current with increased charging voltage. This allows the battery to be charged more efficiently and extends its service life.
• Charge indicator: The number of rectangles inside the battery outline indicates the charge level (one rectangle = 20% charge). If the battery outline stops flashing and all rectangles are visible, the battery is fully charged.
• Maximum safety charging process: For maximum safety during charging, the device includes protections against: short circuit, reverse polarity connection, charger overheating, and battery overcharging.
• Rubber grips: The clamps for battery connection are protected by rubber grips.
