To implement it, you need to use an argon-arc welding machine (or a specialized machine specifically for electrolytic cleaning), a special torch with a bundle of fibers at the end and the electrolyte itself.

Why an argon-arc welding machine - it has the most suitable welding current characteristics. Therefore, you can use an existing machine, and not buy specialized equipment. The feature is the presence of a bundle of carbon fibers instead of a nozzle. To carry out electrolytic cleaning, the JS-QX40 is connected instead of an argon-arc welding torch ("-" on the torch). Wet the surface of the fibers with an electrolytic solution and, having set the desired current value, pass it over a previously prepared surface. Please note that the maximum permissible cleaning current is 40A, the use of higher current values ​​will lead to the destruction of the fibers, thanks to which the cleaning is carried out.
