Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant manufactures cutting and grinding wheels from materials of its own production: normal electrocorundum grade 14A and black silicon carbide grade 54C. As a binder during the manufacture of wheels, modern resins from leading European manufacturers are used. The wheels are manufactured on modern Italian equipment.

Application

Cutting-off wheels are used on angle grinders for cutting reinforcement, metal pipes, corners and profiles, metal parts and blanks, sheet metal and other materials.

Grinding wheels are used for operations of roughing and cleaning of blanks, removing burrs and chamfers using angle grinders. Cleaning of rolled products and sheet metal.
