Welding jacket PATON Fenix

Designed for work in production at high temperatures.

The Fenix ​​jacket was developed jointly with the "Society of Welders of Ukraine", where all wishes and comments were taken into account for the convenience and safety work.

The front part of the product is made of double fabric: the lower layer is Griffin fabric, the upper layer is Titanium (the density of the front part of the suit is 740 gr/m2).

Standards: EN 13688, EN ISO 11612, EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 20471 and meets the essential requirements of EU Regulation 2016/425 "Personal Protective Equipment".

Peculiarities:

- protective fabric Titanium, thanks to the satin weave of threads (Satin 4/1), has a smooth surface, which contributes to the rolling of hot metal drops over the entire surface without burning;

- light weight, convenient to use in any season;

- certified fire-resistant fabrics and materials;

- two side pockets on the jacket - for welder's gloves and two inside - for personal items;

- fixing the turn-down collar on the jacket - when it is necessary to additionally protect the neck;

- adjustment of the cuffs on the sleeves - ease of use with welder's gloves;

- seams are stitched with Kevlar threads - resistant to tearing and burning along the seam during work;

- on the back, two ventilation holes are securely hidden under the yoke;

- comfortable belt is adjustable with Velcro;

- heat-resistant fittings;

- central button fastening hidden by a flap;

- reinforcing fasteners;

- the presence of fire-resistant reflective elements.
