Basic Warranty Period is:
- welding inverters on the series S and P 5 years. (Except for models TIG -120S DCMMA / TIG - 3 years)
- welding inverters on the E-Series - 5 years
- devices for inverter air plasma cutting machine series S - 1 year.

Service center "Paton" provides a guarantee for the repair of the equipment with the basic warranty expired. This warranty is an additional warranty. The term of additional guarantee makes from one to three months depending on breakage. The term of additional guarantee may be extended if to its completion the before removed disrepair became reason of new breakage of the negatron, if other disrepair became reason of breakage, in parallel an additional guarantee is given on new repair.
The term of action of additional guarantee is set by the Service center “Paton”, it is entered in the internal register of additional guarantees and specified in the passport of unit at his presence.
An additional guarantee spreads both to work on debugging and on transferable elements and knots. The term of additional guarantee is calculated from the moment of drafting the act of the executed works by the Service center "Paton”.
Basic warranties do not apply with:
- Mechanical damage affected the availability of the device (deformation body parts and in consequence of a fall or drop heavy objects on the equipment, loss of pins and connectors)
- Traces of corrosion that caused the fault condition,
- The failed because of the impact on its power and electronic elements abundant moisture,
- The failed due to the accumulation of conductive dust inside (coal dust, metal chips, etc.),
- In case of attempting to repair its nodes and / or replacement of electronic components,
- In case of dissection of corps at presence of stopping (In default of stopping once on six months, clean internal parts and components with compressed air when removing the protective box in order to avoid exit of the unit system on the equipment. Also, the basic warranty does not apply to defective external elements of equipment that exposed to physical contact and the attendant / supplies:

- Knobs of the welding parameters,
- Cabling connectors and sleeves,
- Connectors management

- Carrying handle, shoulder strap, carrying case,
- Electrode holder, earth clamp, burners, bayonet connectors, welding cable, hose.
The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse to provide warranty repairs, or set as the date for the commencement of the warranty a month and year of the machine (set by serial number):
- In case of loss of the passport holder,
- In the absence of a correct or even any passport fill the seller in the sale of the machine,
- In the absence of a serial number on the machine manufacturer reserves the full right to refuse warranty service.
- The warranty period is extended for the period of the warranty service machine to the service center.
If there is no serial number on the unit, manufacturer reserves the full right to refuse warranty service.
Owner of the faulty equipment can independently deliver it to the Service Center or use the services of courier services.
If the action of basic warranty obligations spreads to the inventor, delivery in service center is carried out at the expense of producers, within 1 year from the date of sailing the unit to the final buyer. This condition applies to welders’ series E, S, P and air plasma cutting equipment. Delivery is performed only by express companies Nova Poshta or Delivery.

The term of repair of inverter equipment which is covered under warranty, it is no more than 2 business days from the date of delivery of the unit to the Service Centre. During the term of the warranty, manufacturer will cover the additional dispatch of the repaired unit to owner at their own expense in detecting damage, which previously was the reason for the provision of the current additional warranty.
Beyond the expiration of free delivery, shipping equipment from the Service Center is carried out at the expense of the owner.
During the period of validity of the conditions of free delivery Manufacturer undertakes to ensure delivery, by courier services, to any place specified by the owner of the equipment in Ukraine.
The dispatch of equipment the terms of free delivery do not spread to that is possible with bringing in of any comfortable for his proprietor delivery service on condition that a dispatch will come true from the Service center " Paton". Otherwise the Service center is reserved by a right for the choice of delivery service on the discretion.
In the passport of unit to that the action of basic warranty obligations spreads the Service center " Paton" puts a mark about the executed works.
A mark includes:
- pointing the reason of breakage
- expiration of repairing date
- mark warranty or not warranty repair
