Routine servicing of PATON™ welding equipment
If a malfunction is detected during the operation of the welding equipment, please contact the PATON™ Service Center, since our Service Center is currently the only one who fulfills any warranty obligations of the Paton Pilot Plant in the territory of Ukraine.
The Paton Pilot Plant shall guarantee proper operation of welding machines, subject to the rules of operation, detailed in the product certificate for each machine.
In order to return the warranty equipment for repair, you should check the correctness of filling out the warranty card in the product data sheet and send it along with the defective device to the PATON™ Service Center.
Attention! If, as a result of diagnostics of welding equipment, it is established that the malfunction arose due to the buyer's fault, then the repair status changes to non-warranty. The cost of non-warranty repair is calculated based on the price list for spare parts and services. The PATON™ Service Center reserves the right to refuse warranty repair, if the warranty card is not filled out or filled out illegibly, as well as if the serial number on the device has been deleted, erased, changed, or illegible.
ГThe warranty is valid only in Ukraine. The warranty does not apply to products that are exported from Ukraine to the territory of other countries.
The schedule of the Paton Pilot Plant Service Center
Monday to Friday – 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Saturday, Sunday – days off).
Acceptance and release of products:
Monday to Thursday – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday – from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
